Find something you love to do and make it your livelihood, is what I was told in my youth. Real Estate is both for me. I am a people person with much experience in listening and delivering to the needs of buyers and sellers. I am an expert in my area having known the space coast since 1960. Accredited Buyer Representative, ERA Mortgage Premier Agent, Multimillion-Dollar Producer, Presidents Club, are some of my designations. My business has grown over the years with referrals from former clients. I take pride in earning my commission. I am not a one deal only agent I want to be your Real Estate agent for life.

I am a member of the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. With two years study in family psychology and aware of the details involved in moving a family to a whole new environment, I am a Relocation Specialist. Moreover, I have been in the service industry since 1969; during this time, I have owned and managed three businesses. Also, I have been a board member of the Canaveral Sands Condominium Association for five years, holding the term of president for one year.

The main area that I focus on is Brevard County; however, the specific area of expertise is in Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island. The types of properties that I service are oceanfront condos and homes, canal homes, multi-family homes and vacant land.
